At The Perfect Jean, we want your package to fit as perfectly as our denim. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or a free exchange for a different size or style.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request within 5-7 business days.
